This Christmas Hope Church want to bless people & families in our community with a surprise gift!

We invite you to nominate someone to receive a gift who has had a tough year (financially, physically or emotionally) and would benefit from knowing that someone is thinking of them. 

Nominees can be individuals or families, all we need to know is that there is a valid reason for their nomination.
Please note not all nominations will necessarily receive a gift. 
Your nomination will be kept confidential.
